Custom Items

• No refunds are issued for custom items, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Order Issues & Mistakes

• If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup or drop-off, or within 4 days of receiving your shipped order.

• After this time window, I will not be able to accommodate adjustments.
