Products & Orders

  • All items are handmade and may vary slightly from product photos.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and final sale.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all personalization details and order information are accurate both at the time of purchase and upon receiving the digital mockup.

Processing & Shipping

  • Standard processing time is 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup/drop-off, or within 4 days of receiving a shipped item.

  • No refunds are issued for custom orders.

Privacy

  • Your personal information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase.

  • I do not share or sell your information to third parties.
